I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this detail service, he was paid in full for only doing half the job, when called to inform him that he had missed several spots in the car and half the outside of the car he asked if I would prefer to have him return and correct the situation or if I'd like a partial refund, I asked him to correct the minor details he missed but could never get him to commit to a date, he finally said he would just partially reimburse me and over a month later he still states he will drop off a check but never shows now he is screening calls and not returning my calls, it's sad how some people choose to run their business, we had several referrals ready but after this experience I would never burden any of my family, friends or associates with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior, I will never use this service again
